He also starred in "Married Away" on the same network for three seasons and has been spotted on a host of other television programs as well. These include Platinum Weddings on WETV, specials on Style Network, NBC, and ABC. He is a regular guest on Good Morning Texas on the north Texas ABC affiliate.

He is the author of "Donnie Brown Weddings: from the couture to the cake" and has other books in the works at this time. When not planning weddings and other events, he travels the world speaking to both fans as well as industry groups.
