Finding the perfect venue is usually where couples begin the planning process. Everything can just fall into place when the venue is decided. For Lia and Kendra, they knew the Millstone would lend the unique qualities they were looking for.
The Millstone, originally named the Brabson Mill, was built in 1811 and was powered by a water wheel. It served a major role in the lives of farmers in the area until it closed in 1994. In 2010, Brabson Mill was restored by the Barrett Family, using much of the original flooring, siding, and mill-work.
